This information is used solely to generate your verification report.

c. Automatically Collected Information

This data is used only for security, reliability, performance monitoring, and abuse prevention.

It does not include bill contents or billing details.

Your original uploaded bill file is automatically deleted within 30 days. We retain your analysis results and anonymized data for up to 12 months to support free re-checks and customer support requests. After this period, all data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers that help operate the service, including:

Payment information is processed directly by our payment provider. Utility Check does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials on its servers.
